RPO Definition
RPO, the English full name is “recruitment process outsourcing” , is a customer-oriented, project-based recruitment solution service, focusing on providing customized solutions for large-scale recruitment needs of enterprises in a long recruitment cycle. Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service is a way of human resource outsourcing (HRO). In this service, the enterprise outsources the whole process of internal recruitment which refers to all process from the determining of job description, the analysis of employment concept, job requirements, negotiation with the head of employment department, screening of resumes, talent assessment, interviews, employment to the candidate's registration.

Tailored Service
It refers to the recruitment service that the enterprise negotiates with the headhunting company according to the recruitment requirements. Based on the project and the cycle, the tailored service is charged according to the completion schedule of the project or the completion of the phased cycle.
